Do you provide all appropriate cables ?
Yes all our DJ equipment hires come with RCA, Ethernet & Power.
What happens if we damage the gear ?
In the event that the equipment is damaged during a hire, we would charge you the full-service cost to repair.
I cant get the gear to work, what do i do ?
Before each hire one of our staff will walk you through the complete set up of each piece of equipment.
Can i hire under a company name ?
Yes, all you need to do is supply us with your ABN. We will then make the invoice out to the company name provided.
Is my hire only for one day ?
Most hires are at a day rate. We do however have discounted rates for extended hire.
Do you have public liability ?
Yes we have public liability insurance.
Is your equipment tested before it goes out on hire ?
All our equipment is tested after each hire.
Will you provide us with a safety certificate ?
Yes, we have all appropriate rigging and safety certificates.
